All pieces are made from high-quality earthenware. However, to protect the glazes and keep the colors of your pieces intact, we recommend washing them by hand and limiting the use of microwaves.
We also advise against soaking: the heat and moisture absorbed by the foot will eventually lead to tressaillage: a network of fine scratches on the surface of the enamel. All earthenware will crack over time.

When you place a pre-order :
-- You reserve one or more parts that are not yet manufactured.
-- Production begins as soon as pre-orders close.
-- Each piece is handcrafted in our workshop.
-- Manufacturing lead times generally vary between 5 and 6 weeks, depending on the volume of orders and the complexity of the parts.
We'll keep you informed at every stage of your order's progress, and do our utmost to deliver as quickly as possible once the parts have been manufactured.
We do not accept any returns for parts ordered during a pre-order sale.

The purpose of the present conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale between "VILLAMER" and the user, from the order to the goods, including payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps involved in placing an order and ensure the follow-up of the order between the contracting parties.
The acquisition of a good through the present site implies unreserved acceptance by the user of the present conditions of sale. "VILLAMER" reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time.
ARTICLE 1 - PREAMBLE
The present conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, the micro-enterprise "VILLAMER", domiciled at 6 impasse des arboriculteurs in Saint-Chamond - Loire and, on the other hand, persons wishing to make a purchase via the website www.villamer.co.
The parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by these general terms and conditions of online sale, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the Site.
The user declares that he/she has read the following provisions before placing an order. By choosing to acquire services via the website, the user expressly and irrevocably accepts the terms set out below.
The user declares that he/she has the capacity to enter into this contract, i.e. has reached the age of majority and is not under guardianship or trusteeship.
ARTICLE 2 - CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS SOLD
Each piece is made entirely by hand. They are therefore unique.
As with any handcrafted product, pieces may vary slightly from the visual in shape (height and diameter), color and thickness.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDERING AND ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER
The user can place an order online. The order can only be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified himself.
The order is considered firm upon receipt by the user of the e-mail confirming the definitive registration of the said order. This confirmation constitutes the date of conclusion of the sales contract and the user's acceptance of these general sales conditions. VILLAMER" will keep the user's full contact details for the purpose of establishing useful proof.
ARTICLE 4 - PRICES
The prices of the articles are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC), except the carriage costs.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION SECURITY
Depending on the goods concerned, the user may pay for purchases online by credit card. The price is payable in euros at the time of order.

Once registered, the order is delivered to the address indicated by the user. Parts are shipped from Saint-Chamond, France. Please allow 2 to 3 days for order preparation/shipping and 3 to 5 days for the product to reach you. Delivery times are given as an indication; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be cancelled and the user reimbursed (except in the case of pre-orders).
Packages are insured, packaged and tracked to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, "VILLAMER" cannot be held responsible for the loss, misplacement or theft of an order in transit. The risks are transferred to the user as soon as the products leave the shipping premises. In the event of damage in transit, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days (for information only) of delivery.
The buyer has 14 days after receipt of the parcel to return an undamaged and unused purchase (the date indicated by the carrier being taken as proof). Shipping costs associated with the return of an undamaged item are at the customer's expense. "VILLAMER" reserves the right to refuse the return of orders if the items do not comply with these conditions.
Customs duties and taxes
Any customs duties and taxes applied by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges are established by local authorities and are independent of "VILLAMER". It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local customs office for any applicable taxes or fees. No reimbursement will be made for these charges.
